Plain rules for using the ZOOGABOOG! app. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

Your subscription

• The ZOOGABOOG! app is billed monthly on your one ZOOGABOOG! bill, in three plans: Starter is $39 a month for up to 3 teammates, Standard is $99 a month for up to 10 teammates, and All-in is $199 a month for up to 25 teammates. The free trial is 7 days, includes a full Standard week of work credits (12,000), and needs a card. Nothing is charged during the 7 days. When they end, your plan starts and bills monthly unless you cancel before then in your ZOOGABOOG! account on zoogaboog.com, under Billing.
• One free trial per card and per email address. If your card or email already had a free trial, there is no second one: your plan starts, and is billed, on the day you sign up. We email you to say so, and you can cancel from that email.
• Cancel any time in your ZOOGABOOG! account on zoogaboog.com, under Billing. No fees. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• If a payment fails and can't be fixed, your team pauses until it's sorted out.
• All-in includes 10% off print orders on zoogaboog.com and free standard shipping, applied automatically to the linked ZOOGABOOG! account. Connect your ZOOGABOOG! account in the app (Settings, Team, ZOOGABOOG!) to use it.

Credits

Talk to your team all you want. Credits pay for the work they do. Quick replies from your teammates to you (in a chat, an @mention or a team meeting) are free, up to a fair-use ceiling of 1,500 a week per account; past it, Quick replies use credits like work until your credits refill. We may slow down automated use that sends far more messages than a person could.

Everything else your team does is counted in work credits: anything in Smart or Deep, any tool use (browsing, email, files), teammates working with each other, and hiring. Routines don't use work credits: they run on a weekly allowance of their own, and if that runs out, routines skip until the refill, with nothing extra charged. Starter includes about 4,000 work credits a week, Standard about 12,000 and All-in about 32,000. A Smart reply is about 10 credits and a job with tools about 100. Credits refill every week, counted from the day your plan started. Unused weekly credits roll over for one more week, so a week never holds more than twice the weekly amount. Images and photo avatars are included in every plan. You get a heads-up at 75% and at 100%, and a note if the pace would run out early. Never a surprise bill.

Your team never goes dark. If your work credits run out, your team can still chat, routines keep running, and work waits until your credits refill. Or you can add credits, or switch to All-in.

You can add credits any time as a one-time purchase: 4,000 credits for $25. Added credits are used only after your weekly credits run out, and they don't expire.

Your license

• One license is for your business, on 3 computers at most.
• No reselling, renting out, or sharing your license key.
• Don't copy, take apart or resell the ZOOGABOOG! app itself.

Using it well

• Your teammates act for you, so what they send and do is on you. Keep Auto-review on so risky things wait for your OK.
• AI can make mistakes. Check important work before it goes out.
• Don't use the ZOOGABOOG! app for spam, anything illegal, or anything that breaks the usage rules of the AI services ZOOGABOOG! relies on.
• You're responsible for the accounts and passwords you give your team.
• People is for people you know. Don't use it to send spam or unwanted invites.

The fine print

The ZOOGABOOG! app is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. We may update these terms; if it's a big change, we'll email you first. California law applies.
