Privacy

Short version: your team and your work live on your own PC. We only keep what we need to bill you.

What stays on your PC

Your teammates, chats, files, emails, saved passwords, schedules, your teammates' computers and backups. We can't see any of it.

Your phone

Your phone reaches your PC through our secure server. Your password still protects your team, and we don't keep what passes through.

People

When you chat with someone through People, your messages go through our server and wait there until their ZOOGABOOG! app picks them up, 30 days at most. They are not end-to-end encrypted. They see your name, your company, your photo and the messages you send them, nothing else. Your teammates never read People chats.

AI requests

When a teammate asks the AI something or makes a picture, your team's questions to the AI pass through our server; we count usage, we don't keep what they say. The answer comes back the same way.

What we keep

• Your email, plan and license key.
• Which computers use your license (3 at most).
• How much AI your team used each week, so we can keep you within your plan.
• Normal server logs, like the address that checked for updates.
• Anything you send us with Send feedback, with your name, email, plan, ZOOGABOOG! version and device, so we can answer you.

Payments go through our secure payment processor. We never see your card number. To keep free trials to one per card, we keep a scrambled ID of the card that the processor gives us; it can't be turned back into the number.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information. No ads. This website has no cookies and no tracking.

Questions or deleting your data

Write to support@zoogaboog.com. To delete what's on your PC, uninstall ZOOGABOOG! or use Settings, Advanced settings, Start over.
